As a seasoned 10-year veteran of the food processing industry, Adam brings a wealth of expertise and a growth mindset to Nelson-Jameson. Adam leverages his experience to build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with customers and focuses on developing customized solutions, such as Customer Managed Inventory (CMI) and Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI), to optimize customers' inventory levels and streamline operations.
Adam plays a strategic role in the organization, overseeing project and program management initiatives related to inventory solutions. He collaborates closely with sales, product, and operations teams to develop innovative solutions that meet unique customer needs.
Adam's prior roles include production line worker and cheese maker, inventory coordinator, and inventory control manager, assistant product manager/product manager and an assistant department manager. He holds a degree from Mid-State Technical College and technical diplomas in Project Management, Human Resources Assistance, and Entrepreneurship.
