Adam joins Nelson-Jameson as Director of Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 15 years of experience across public accounting, distribution, and manufacturing. His background includes financial reporting, technical accounting, internal controls, and full-scope accounting operations.

He oversees accounting operations including accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end close, audits, tax filings, and internal controls, while driving process improvements and ERP optimization. He also partners with leadership on financial strategy and initiatives that strengthen reporting accuracy, working capital management, and overall financial performance.
