Ben Axell

Key Account Manager

Ben Axell is a Key Account Manager at Nelson-Jameson. He is focused on ensuring active collaboration with industry partners to deliver the most value for them possible. 

Each day, Ben facilitates critical requests from Key Accounts, manages large-scale corporate projects with support from Nelson-Jameson’s resources, and collaborates with senior leadership to ensure that programs, products, and strategy are aligned to help clients achieve their goals. 

He has over a decade of professional experience in the industry. Ben’s previous roles include multiple positions emphasizing account management, Director of Key Accounts, Director of Sales, and as Global Key Account Director. 

He holds a BS in Biomedical Science with a Minor in Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse, and is certified as a PCQI (Preventative Controls Qualified Individual) by FSPCA. His journey into the Food and Beverage industry began when he found that technical applications in the FSQA (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) space aligned very well with his educational background.
