As an Associate Account Manager at Nelson-Jameson, Ben Ford works directly on the plant floor with customers to keep their operations running smoothly. Rather than relying on standard catalogs, he walks through facilities, spots hidden inefficiencies, and solves problems on the spot. Along with day-to-day fulfillment, Ben brings in Nelson-Jameson’s technical specialists and sets up Vendor-Managed Inventory (VMI) systems, ensuring plants keep the right gear on hand while reducing freight costs and avoiding downtime.
Ben brings a versatile background shaped by experience in lab management, logistics operations, and high-touch customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Bridgewater State University. Grounded in building long-term trust, he works to bring real value to every plant while expanding Nelson-Jameson’s partnerships.

The tournament location will rotate annually between Michigan and New Mexico, and this year, SWC is proud to host the event.
