Chris Binder serves as an account support representative at Nelson-Jameson, acting as a primary point of contact between the company and its customers. His goal is to help customers fulfill their needs while growing the business relationship. In his day-to-day work, Binder processes orders, provides product information and alternatives, and offers solutions to troubled areas and issues. He focuses on acting as a dependable direct contact who can offer sales solutions and new product ideas.

Binder has 10 years of experience, all with Nelson-Jameson. His career trajectory at the company includes roles as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Representative, and Inside Account Manager. He was led to a career in the food industry through his wife, who works in Food Safety.

Among his accomplishments, Binder takes great pride in building relationships with most of the company's largest customers and in being responsive in finding solutions. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Midstate Technical College.
