Curtis Hardy serves as the Service and Repair Department Manager at Nelson-Jameson, overseeing the technicians who travel the country, procuring and assigning their services, and ensuring those services are completed properly. He manages an in-house technician team that calibrates lab equipment and conducts third-party repairs for customers. In his day-to-day, he meets with clients to discuss service needs, builds quotes, and performs hands-on repair work on laboratory equipment or at customer sites. He focuses on ensuring customers are successful with their equipment purchases—such as valves, pumps, and heat exchangers—by providing training, spare parts management, onsite service during shutdowns, and maintenance planning assistance.
Hardy brings 11 years of experience in the food and dairy industry to his position. His prior roles include maintenance manager, maintenance planner/scheduler, maintenance technician, and outside account sales manager. He is an expert in the preventative maintenance of valves, pumps, and heat exchangers.
