Dalton Sisk

Strategic Account Manager

Dalton Sisk is a Strategic Account Manager at Nelson-Jameson, identifying areas where the company can provide expertise and insight throughout the entirety of a customer’s plant. He strives to help Nelson-Jameson be viewed as a partner rather than just a supplier. In his role, Dalton works closely with specialists to identify necessary equipment or items and provide technical expertise. He also provides pricing, availability, and documentation for customers. A key function is meeting with plant personnel to discuss their KPIs and determine how Nelson-Jameson can work with them to achieve those goals.

In his day-to-day work, Dalton keeps customers and prospects updated on key market trends and new or improved items available on the market. He also sets up or provides training, either onsite or at a local distribution center. Dalton has five years of experience in the food/dairy industry. His prior roles include serving as a Chemical Technician, Maintenance Technician, and Applications Specialist within the industrial and food/beverage sectors. His first job in the industry was as an Applications Specialist selling equipment such as pumps, valves, and seals. He earned an AS from Modesto Junior College in Physical Science with an emphasis in Public Health.
