Jackie Bulkowski is the Executive Vice President – Center of Excellence, acting as a cross-functional leader who oversees the Center of Excellence, Finance, and IT departments. Her role involves supporting project-based work across various strategic initiatives and continuous improvement projects to drive operational excellence, innovation, and strategic transformation that supports the company's scalability and growth. Bulkowski leads strategic transformation and enterprise initiatives, drives company-wide change and process innovation, oversees her respective teams, and drives financial best practices while supporting commercial financial initiatives.

She has five years of experience in the industry, having joined Nelson-Jameson in August 2020. She holds a Master's of Business Administration, a Master's of Professional Accountancy, and a BBA in Accounting, all from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

She has obtained several certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), PMO Certified Practitioner (PMO-CP), and Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
