Jenni Yetter

Business Development Coordinator

Jenni Yetter is a Customer Relationship Specialist at Nelson-Jameson, having been with the company for 22 years. Her core responsibility is to help customers with any information they might need. She also assists in getting accounts assigned to sales representatives and following up on various special requests.

In her day-to-day work, Jenni focuses on providing quotes and orders, expediting, answering questions, and doing all she can to ensure customers receive what they need when they need it. Her motivation for working in the industry is the satisfaction of playing a part in helping others produce safe food. She appreciates the hard work that others do to make this happen. Jenni previously held several roles at Nelson-Jameson, including Business Development Coordinator, New Customer Coordinator, Account Manager, Lab Product Administrator, and Customer Service Representative. She also worked as an Associate Clerk/Treasurer for a nearby city. Her first job in the dairy industry was in Customer Service at Nelson-Jameson, though as a kid she picked rocks and helped weed ginseng.

Regarding accomplishments, Jenni is always looking to learn and better herself, having taken many classes and enjoys learning about a wide variety of topics. She holds a BS in Business from UW-Stevens Point and a Six Sigma White Belt from Educate 360. Additionally, she has completed specialized training in Applied Dairy Chemistry and the Cheese Technology Short Course from UW-Madison, along with CPR/AED and Active Shooter Awareness training. Her key skills are attention to detail, hard work, and creative thinking. Jenni attributes her success to her commitment to doing a good job and not quitting until she has done everything she can to help.
