Jordyn Warosh is an Inventory Solutions Program Manager whose role centers on coordinating the installation of all new Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs across the Eastern United States. She is responsible for establishing new VMI programs, ensuring the ongoing success and sustainability of all current VMI programs in the East, and overseeing the fulfillment specialists who service these programs within the Eastern region.
Jordyn’s day-to-day work focuses on presenting VMI capabilities and opportunities to customers, demonstrating how Nelson-Jameson can efficiently manage their inventory, and collaborating with customers to develop tailored VMI solutions. She uses her project management skills to ensure a seamless transition during implementation. Post-implementation, she conducts regular program reviews to guarantee the VMI service continues to provide tangible value and ensures all customer requests are completed promptly. Her specific daily functions include project management (tracking open VMI implementation projects), program sustaining (regularly reviewing current programs for continuous improvement), handling customer requests, collaborating with the IVS team on process improvement initiatives, and supporting the fulfillment team by providing direction and solutions for emergent problems.
She started her career at Nelson-Jameson as an inventory solutions fulfillment specialist, later becoming an Inventory solutions program coordinator, and currently serves as the program manager.
Warosh holds a BS in Business Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
