Product Manager - Sanitary Process & Maintenance

Justin Wallace serves as a Product Manager – Process at Nelson-Jameson. His primary goal is to be the go-to expert for his assigned products and ensure that Nelson-Jameson's offerings continuously evolve to meet customer needs. In his day-to-day role, Justin's functions include maintaining item information, updating pricing, answering customer inquiries, and resolving any product-related issues along with dedicating time to researching potential new suppliers and product lines.

Justin brings experience from prior roles as a Division Manager and Operations Manager. In previous positions, he increased employee retention location-wide, trained employees for leadership positions, and re-trained departments to meet KPIs in multiple roles. Since joining Nelson-Jameson, he has obtained certification in process products.

Justin possesses a robust skillset that includes excellent customer service, efficiency-based strategic planning, the ability to think critically while under stress, improving morale, and strong supplier relations. He believes that his ability to work with others to improve in a variety of capacities has significantly contributed to his success.
