Account Support Representative

Krista Schultz is an Account Support Representative (ASR) at Nelson-Jameson, a role in which she functions as the main point of contact for customers, focusing on resolving issues, answering questions, and maintaining client satisfaction and relationships. Schultz brings 20 years of professional experience to her role, including five years in the industry. Previous roles include Warehouse Support, Warehouse Manager, Account Specialist, and Onsite Key Account Manager. She holds an Associate's Degree in Industrial Distribution and Supply Chain Management from Minnesota State Southeast Technical College.
