Nick Price is a Strategic Account Manager who serves as a primary point of contact for in-field support for his customers, while also continually exploring new opportunities for growth and expanded partnerships. In his day-to-day, he assists customers with problem-solving, communicates the evolving offerings of Nelson-Jameson, and helps troubleshoot tricky situations.
Nick works to uncover cost-saving opportunities and to save customers time through IVS (Inventory Solutions) programs. He has 13 years of experience in the industry, starting his career as a customer service representative for a third-party food testing lab, where he later worked as a product manager. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Nick chose to work in this industry because he enjoys the science and the challenge that food safety brings, noting that the constant new situations and applications require outside-of-the-box thinking.
