Sean Smith is a Product Manager – MRO at Nelson-Jameson. He is responsible for optimizing the supply chain and product mix for growth and profitability, initiating or improving programs and agreements with suppliers, and collaborating with buyers to enhance inventory quality. Sean also focuses on GMROI (Gross Margin Return on Investment) and assists with optimizing purchasing. His day-to-day work involves providing technical expertise, searching for sourcing solutions, and managing supplier relationships.
With 13 years of experience in the industry, Sean brings a diverse background to his position. His career path includes roles as Channel Manager and Territory Manager, Account Manager, and various positions including Field Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, Senior Product Manager, and Inside Sales, he also held an Off-Premise Sale.
