With more than 18 years of combined experience in the food processing industry, Shane brings a practical, honest, and dedicated approach to his role at Nelson-Jameson. As a Service & Repair Project Manager, Shane's primary focus is to work with customers to complete planned maintenance or other services during downtime or as issues arise. He is committed to ensuring customers are in the best position possible to be successful at any given moment.
Shane excels at addressing customer service questions and needs by answering inquiries, scheduling services, and collaborating to resolve issues that stem from planned or unplanned downtime, labor shortages, or a need for specific expertise for processes or equipment.
Shane's prior roles include evaporator operator, production supervisor, and account manager. He holds a degree in electrical engineering, along with several management credits from MSTC. He identifies his key strengths as honesty, integrity, hard work, and a desire to learn and resolve customers' problems through knowledge and persistence. Shane believes that people respect honesty and are more willing to work alongside those they trust to resolve issues.
