Tara Ambrose serves as an Account Manager at Nelson-Jameson, where her primary focus is on maintaining customer relationships and growing her assigned accounts and territory. Her role entails providing detailed product information, generating quotes, and setting up training to ensure clients are fully supported. In her day-to-day work, Ambrose collaborates with specialists to assist customers and prioritizes scheduling visitations to conduct check-ins and identify opportunities.

She has 18 years of experience in the industry, including roles such as Cellar Master, Account Manager, and QA Tech at a dairy-free ice cream facility. She was drawn to the field by an interest in food safety, finding particular satisfaction in helping customers solve issues and improve efficiency.

She holds a B.S. in Food Science with an emphasis in viticulture and enology from Oregon State University.
