Don Koch serves as a Packaging Specialist at Nelson-Jameson, where his primary focus is on providing packaging supplies and equipment while offering continued support to his clients. His role involves providing high-quality products tailored to each customer’s specific application and offering end-of-line automation solutions to reduce manual labor and improve operational efficiency. In his day-to-day, he maintains and builds relationships with customers and suppliers, ensuring concerns are addressed in a timely manner, as he views quick response times as critical. He also proactively communicates regarding backorders to help prevent unplanned downtime and reviews product applications to ensure customers have the most relevant and up-to-date options available.

Koch has 41 years of industry experience and has served on the Oregon Board of Directors. He has also obtained certificates in cheese short courses and heat exchanger training.
