Packaging Specialist

Reggie Way is a Packaging Specialist at Nelson-Jameson whose role is to bring value to customers, suppliers, and the Nelson-Jameson team in every way possible, with a primary focus on packaging. His day-to-day functions include maintaining and building strong communications and relationships with both customers and supplier partners, ensuring that customer concerns are dealt with promptly as quick response times are critical. Way also reviews product applications to ensure customers have the most relevant and up-to-date options available.

Way brings 40 years of industry experience to his role, having held positions such as Production Supervisor, Plant Superintendent, and Plant Manager.

He is also a member of the WDPA and serves on the Master Cheesemaker Board of Directors.
