Whitney Mader serves as a PIC Product Manager at Nelson-Jameson, where she oversees the salt, pepper, and specialty ingredient portfolios. Whitney focuses on helping empower client efficiency. She handles everything from finding ingredient samples for plant trials to researching suppliers and managing pricing.
Whitney grew up on a dairy farm, making agriculture and food production a big part of her life. She got her start on the processing side of the industry as a Production Lead for a dairy processor, later expanding her management experience as a Division Manager and an Account Manager. Driven by her lifelong connection to dairy, she eventually joined Nelson-Jameson for its strong workplace culture and industry excellence.
Whitney holds a degree in psychology and applied behavioral science from Ashford University.
