Since 2015, the Spencer-Columbus youth wrestling program has come together to offer young athletes opportunities to participate in wrestling.
As a new addition to Columbus Catholic School athletics, the co-op team allows children to get involved and broaden their interests. Youth gain valuable lessons through the wrestling program that they carry with them throughout their lives—such as the importance of teamwork and overcoming obstacles. The sport also helps students build character, respect authority, and handle emotions.
Donations to the Spencer-Columbus Youth Wrestling Program allow teams to have appropriate, safe gear and alleviate costs associated with being part of a successful program.
The Nelson-Jameson Foundation (NJF) is focused on supporting philanthropic organizations that enhance our core value as a Golden Rule Company. Grants are targeted toward charitable programs that are related to the food and dairy industries or support charities that are important to Nelson-Jameson employees and the communities in which they reside.
