Katelyn McCormick brings a dynamic and supportive approach to her role as a Dairy Ingredient Associate at Nelson-Jameson. She is focused on growing Nelson-Jameson's fresh dairy portfolio, which includes products like yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, and buttermilk. Katelyn also plays a crucial role in supporting other specialists within the team.

Her work involves traveling to current and prospective customers to help them identify potential improvements in their process or facility. She actively participates in aiding ingredient trials and providing product recommendations customized to customers' specific needs.

Katelyn's prior roles include account manager in development, and program manager. Her career in the food industry started as a research & development intern in college. Growing up, Katelyn was heavily involved in 4-H and FFA, where food and nutrition projects remained constant for 10 years, making studying food science an "almost obvious" choice for her college major.

Katelyn holds a degree in Food Science with a minor in Chemistry from Texas Tech University, and a Master of Business Administration also from Texas Tech University.
