With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Seefeldt uses her background—which includes previous roles as a Lab Technician, Lab Specialist, and Environmental Laboratory Supervisor, as well as starting as a Laboratory Intern—to provide excellent service. In her customer-facing interactions, she focuses on listening to customers, assisting with product selection, providing technical support, and sharing knowledge about various aspects of the lab setting. Her core skills revolve around the ability to listen to customers and collaborate effectively with supplier partners to deliver high-quality solutions. Seefeldt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
